Does a branded title void the Lincoln Warranty?

Lincoln does not brand titles. Vehicle titles are branded by the registration state's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

Based on data provided by each state's DMV, insurance companies, and internal sources, Lincoln will cancel the New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW) on any vehicle that has ever been labeled or branded as:

• Dismantled
• Flood
• Junk
• Reconstructed
• Salvaged
• A total loss by an insurance company.
