Where can I view my Lincoln vehicle's Warranty and Extended Service Plan?
In order to view your vehicle's warranty and/or Lincoln Protect® Extended Service Plan (ESP) in the Lincoln Way®* App:
- You must have added your vehicle to your Lincoln Owner account.
- You must have a new vehicle with a Lincoln standard warranty or have purchased a Lincoln Protect ESP from your Lincoln Retailer.
- The name on the ESP must be an exact match to the name on the Lincoln Way account.
Viewing Your Warranties
- Log in to the Lincoln Way App.
- Tap the Service tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Warranty tile.
- Select the warranty type you would like to view:
- Warranty
- Lincoln Protect Extended Service Plans
- From here, you can view:
- Warranty Start Date
- Warranty coverage period
- Warranty terms and coverages
- ESP information
Notes:
- If your vehicle does not have an ESP, the ESP section of the App will alert you and offer the option to reach out to explore plan options on our website.
