How do I turn Live Traffic on and off with SYNC?

With Live Traffic, you receive real-time information about traffic events (e.g., congestion or construction sites) from your SYNC^®* 4 with Navigation^** (if equipped) system to help you find a quick route to your destination.

Changing Live Traffic Settings

1. Press Nav on your vehicle's SYNC screen. 
2. Select Menu. 
3. Press the Traffic on Map tile.
4. Choose Traffic On or Traffic Off.

How do I renew my SYNC 4 Connected Navigation services?

^*Don't drive while distracted or while using handheld devices. Use voice-operated systems when possible. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear.  Not all features are compatible with all phones.

^**Services require SYNC^®4 or newer, activation through Lincoln Way^® App (subject to Lincoln Way Terms), modem activation, and a Connected Navigation service plan. Equipped vehicles come with either a 90-day or up to 3-year Connected Navigation trial from new vehicle warranty start date, after which purchase is required. Connected service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.
