How do I set up the Lincoln Memory feature?

If your vehicle is equipped with Memory Feature, it can remember the position of the driver's seat, power mirrors, steering column, and power-adjustable pedals (if equipped). The numbered memory buttons are located on the driver's door.

Depending on your vehicle, you may be able to set two or three different memory positions for individual drivers.

Vehicles with two preset positions

  • Switch the ignition on.
  • Adjust the driver seat, power mirrors, steering column, and power-adjustable foot pedals to your desired positions.
  • Press and hold the SET button until you hear a single tone.
  • Press and hold the preset numbered memory button you want to save your settings to until you hear another single tone. Your settings are now saved.

Vehicles with three preset positions

  • Switch the ignition on.
  • Adjust the driver seat, power mirrors, steering column, and power-adjustable foot pedals to your desired positions.
  • Press and hold the desired numbered memory button until you hear a single tone.
  • Once you hear a beep, release the button. Your settings are now saved.

To recall a preset position, press and release the memory button associated with your desired driving position.
