Why is My Activation in Progress?

If you've requested access to remote features, but received a pop-up confirming that your activation is in progress, this means that you've done one of the following:

  • Completed all vehicle activation steps, but an error is causing a delay.
  • ​Requested activation​, but you have not interacted with your vehicle screen.
  • Requested ​activation permission​ to a vehicle, but your request has not been approved.
  • Requested activation, but after ninety seconds the request reset back to Activate Vehicle.
    • After ninety seconds, you may attempt to submit the Activation Requested again, or contact a Concierge for additional assistance.

If you've completed all required steps and your activation remains in progress:

  1. Tap Continue on the pop-up.
  2. Select the Help icon for additional support.

If you have not completed the in-vehicle authorization steps:

  1. Tap OK on the pop-up.
  2. Accept the activation message on the in-vehicle screen.

If you are waiting for an approval:

  1. Tap Continue on the message.
  2. The app will direct you back to the Vehicle Landing screen.
  3. Before you can access the commands, your ​request​ has to be accepted by the activated user.
