What do I do if I am unable to contact a Lincoln Concierge?
If you have received a message that the Lincoln Way®* App is experiencing issues, and you are not able to contact a Lincoln Concierge, attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
- Please try to contact a Lincoln Concierge again in a few minutes.
- Check your cellular strength and Wi-Fi connection.
- Wi-Fi connection
- If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
- If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using cellular data.
- Cellular connection
- If cellular data is turned off, turn cellular data on and attempt to connect.
- If cellular data is turned on, turn cellular data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
- Wi-Fi connection
- Log out of the app and log back in.
If You are Still Unable to Connect
- Visit Lincoln Owner Support.
- Log in with your Lincoln Way App credentials.
- Select the Live Chat icon to start a chat session with a Lincoln Concierge agent.
- Or, scroll down and select Contact Us.
