What do I do if I am unable to contact a Lincoln Concierge?

If you have received a message that the Lincoln Way®* App is experiencing issues, and you are not able to contact a Lincoln Concierge, attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Please try to contact a Lincoln Concierge again in a few minutes.
  2. Check your cellular strength and Wi-Fi connection.
    • Wi-Fi connection 
      • If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
      • If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using cellular data.
    • Cellular connection 
      • If cellular data is turned off, turn cellular data on and attempt to connect.
      • If cellular data is turned on, turn cellular data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
  3. Log out of the app and log back in.

If You are Still Unable to Connect

  1. Visit Lincoln Owner Support.
  2. Log in with your Lincoln Way App credentials.
  3. Select the Live Chat icon to start a chat session with a Lincoln Concierge agent.
  4. Or, scroll down and select Contact Us.
