Why does my Lincoln show the "No Key Detected" message when using Phone As A Key?

You may receive a "No Key Detected" message if your vehicle is not detecting your Phone As A Key* within the interior cabin (inside your vehicle). If you receive the "No Key Detected" message in your Lincoln Way® App**, follow the steps below:

  2. Close the Lincoln Way App and then reopen the App.
  3. Turn your mobile device's Bluetooth Wireless Technology® off and then back on.

If you are still receiving the message, select your Lincoln Way App Experience to find more troubleshooting instructions.
