What do I do if I cannot remotely start my Lincoln vehicle with Phone As A Key™1?

  1. Using the Lincoln Way2 App, verify your Phone As A Key setup is complete and enabled via Bluetooth®3 connection on at least one phone.
    1. Select the Vehicle tab in the Lincoln Way App.
    2. Press Phone As A Key. There should be at least one entry under Phone As A Key Devices.
  2. If there are no paired devices shown in the previous step, you will need to complete the setup of your Phone As A Key, as prompted from the Lincoln Way App.
