What do I do if I am having Phone As A Key™* setup issues after reinstalling the Lincoln Way®** App?

  1. Ensure your vehicle is parked in an open, safe, well-ventilated area and the engine is on.
  2. Check your smartphone's Bluetooth®*** Settings for any Phone As A Key pairings.

Note: If your phone is paired, this will show as the last 5 digits of your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the vehicle's model name.

  1. Manually delete any existing pairings.
  2. Perform a Phone As A Key Reset.
  3. Setup Phone As A Key.
