How do I manage my messages in the Lincoln Way App?

You can read or delete your messages in the Lincoln Way® App* on the Account screen. Use the steps below for more details. 

Accessing Messages in the Lincoln Way App

Select your Lincoln Way App experience below for steps on how to view or delete messages in the Lincoln Way App. 

Viewing Messages in the Lincoln Way App 4.X Experience

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select Message Center.
  4. Tap the respective message you want to view. 

Viewing Messages in the Lincoln Way App 5.X Experience

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select Messages.
  4. Tap the respective message you want to view. 

Note: Unread messages have a dot at the end of the subject line. 

Deleting a Single Message in the Lincoln Way App 4.X Experience

To delete a single message:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App. 
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select Message Center.
  4. Swipe to the left on the message you want to delete.
  5. Tap the Trash icon.

The message will be removed. You can also open the message and select Delete.

To delete multiple messages:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App. 
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select Message Center.
  4. Tap Edit in the upper right of the screen. 
  5. Check each box next to the messages you want to remove. Tap Select All to select all messages. 
  6. Select the Trash icon to delete the messages.
  7. Tap Yes, Delete from on the pop-up to confirm your request. 

Deleting Messages in the Lincoln Way App 5.X Experience

To delete a single message:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App. 
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select the Messages box.
  4. Swipe to the left on the message you want to delete.
  5. Tap the Trash icon.

The message will be removed. You can also open the message and select Delete.

To delete multiple messages:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App. 
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select the Messages box.
  4. Tap Edit in the upper right of the screen. 
  5. Check each box next to the messages you want to remove.

    Note: To select all, tap the empty box above the message window.
     
  6. Select the Trash icon or Delete to delete the messages.
  7. Tap Delete on the pop-up to confirm your request.
