If you are involved in an accident, you can contact Collision Assistance using the Lincoln Way®* App.

Important:

  • If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
  • Collision Assistance is only available in the United States.

Collision Assistance Requirements

To utilize Collision Assistance from the App, you must:

Getting Help After an Accident

  1. Ensure you are in a safe location.
  2. Open the Lincoln Way App.
  3. Navigate to the Service screen.
  4. Tap Collision Assistance.
  5. Select one of the following:
    • Find Collision Center & Towing
      • Locate a Lincoln Certified Collision Center
      • Schedule Towing Service
    • Get Rental & More: Contact a rental company, rideshare apps, or call someone from your contacts.
    • Talk to a dedicated Collision Assistance Advisor.

If you need additional assistance, contact a Client Experience Manager or Roadside Assistance**.
