Can I use the Lincoln Way App to get help during an accident?
If you are involved in an accident, you can contact Collision Assistance using the Lincoln Way®* App.
Important:
- If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
- Collision Assistance is only available in the United States.
Collision Assistance Requirements
To utilize Collision Assistance from the App, you must:
- Have the Lincoln Way App downloaded.
- Have a Lincoln Account registered on the App.
- Have added your vehicle to the Lincoln Way App.
Getting Help After an Accident
- Ensure you are in a safe location.
- Open the Lincoln Way App.
- Navigate to the Service screen.
- Tap Collision Assistance.
- Select one of the following:
- Find Collision Center & Towing
- Locate a Lincoln Certified Collision Center
- Schedule Towing Service
- Get Rental & More: Contact a rental company, rideshare apps, or call someone from your contacts.
- Talk to a dedicated Collision Assistance Advisor.
- Find Collision Center & Towing
If you need additional assistance, contact a Client Experience Manager or Roadside Assistance**.
