What Is Lincoln Access Rewards^™ Black Label Detailing Redemption?

To access Lincoln Access Rewards (LAR) in the Lincoln Way^®* App, you must:

• Be logged in to the Lincoln Way App.
• Have registered your account after June 18th, 2019.
• Have accepted the Terms and Conditions in your latest App update.

Black Label detailing is a LAR benefit that gives clients the ability to exchange LAR points for detailing of their vehicle. Black Label clients are able to schedule and redeem their detailing in the Lincoln Way App by taking the following steps:

1. Tap Account.
2. Select Lincoln Access Rewards.
3. Tap on the Redeem Tab.
4. Select Schedule a Detailing.
5. You will be redirected to your preferred dealership for appointment scheduling.
6. Your dealer will complete the redemption process after completing the detailing.

Notes:

• This is only available to Black Label clients of Lincoln Access Rewards.
• In order to redeem a free detailing in LAR, Black Label clients must have at least 5,000 points accrued.
