My Lincoln Access Rewards™ Points are not displaying. What do I do?

 

It can take up to 30 days for Lincoln Access Rewards Points to appear. Contributing factors include:

  • The vehicle sale report date from your Lincoln Dealer
  • The modem activation date
  • The date you join Lincoln Access Rewards

If your Points are not displaying, verify the following:

  • Lincoln Connect™1 activation. If your vehicle is equipped with a modem, it must be activated within 60 days of purchase and remain active for at least 6 months after activation. If you deactivate the modem on the vehicle prior to the required 180-day period, the Lincoln Access Rewards Points earned will be removed from your account.
  • Lincoln Way™2 Terms and Conditions. When you accept Lincoln Way Terms and Conditions (either through the Lincoln Way App or online), you are automatically enrolled in Lincoln Access Rewards. If you joined prior to March 2019, you will need to accept the new Terms and Conditions and you will then be enrolled in Lincoln Access Rewards. Once the new Terms and Conditions are accepted, your points will be displayed in the Lincoln Way App. 
     
  • Different Email Address. The email address you use to register for your Owner Advantage Rewards® needs to match your Lincoln Access Rewards email address.
     
  • Multiple Lincoln Way Accounts. If you have more than one Lincoln Way account or need assistance with merging your Owner Advantage Rewards account, contact a Guide
     
  • Qualifying Activities. Ensure you participated in a qualifying activity for earning Points.
