Lincoln Way Concierges are available Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 12 a.m. EST.

Using the Lincoln Way App, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the App.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Tap Help.
  4. Select your preferred contact method:
    • Chat
    • Call
