CanI cancel my SYNC 4 Connected Navigation**Services?

Regrettably, once paid for, the SYNC 4 Connected Navigation Service is non-refundable. However, for the remainder of your Connected Service plan, you will have access to great content such as weather information, YELP reviews of locations you wish to visit, and other beneficial information.

Why can I not find the option to purchase or renew the SYNC 4 navigation package?

The option to purchase or renew the SYNC 4 navigation package is only available within 30 days of the subscription expiration date. In the case of a free trial, you can only renew within 30 days of the free trial ending.

Whendoes the free trial period start?

The free trial begins on the vehicle's warranty start date.

Can a second owner of the vehicle take advantage of the free trial?

Yes. However, the free trial time period must fall within the start of the warranty date and the free trial’s end date.

  • Connected Built-in Navigation has a free trial of 3 years.
  • Connected Navigation has a free trial of 90 days.

Where can I purchase or renew the SYNC 4 navigation package?

Visit the Lincoln Owner Support website to purchase or renew the SYNC 4 navigation package:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  3. Scroll down to the MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT section and select Connected Services.

You can also log in to the Lincoln Way®*** App to access the website:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Scroll down to Connected Services under Glove Box.
  3. Click on the link provided to access the connected service's website.

How much does the SYNC 4 navigation package cost?

Visit the Lincoln Owner Support website for pricing information:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  3. Scroll down to the MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT section and select Connected Services.

What credit cards are accepted for payment?

MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.

I entered my credit card information; why does the purchase option remain grayed out?

The purchase option may be grayed out if the following conditions are not met:

  • The radio button must be selected to set the credit card entered as the default card.
  • The radio button must be selected for Terms and Conditions.
  • The credit card number, security code, expiration date, and name on the credit card must be entered exactly as they appear.

If there is still an issue, contact your credit card provider.

If you completed the purchase on the Connected Services site but have not received an email confirmation, check your junk mail to see if it appears there.

Will I be able to auto-renew?

No. Credit card information is not stored. You will need to manually renew within 30 days prior to the expiration date. Reminder notifications will appear on your vehicle's SYNC screen and in the Lincoln Way App prior to the final 30 days of your subscription.

If renewal has not been done prior to the expiration of the services, you will notice that the full functionality of the Connected Navigation services is not available. You will have the option to purchase the navigation subscription at any time to return the full functionality of the Connected Navigation services. The purchase would then be for one calendar year, with the purchase date as the start date.

I attempted to sign up for the navigation package and received a message stating "No Services Available." What does this mean?

This means that your vehicle is not eligible for Built-In Navigation or Connected Navigation.

Customers must unlock the navigation service trial by activating the eligible vehicle with a Lincoln Way member account. If not subscribed by the end of the complimentary period, the navigation service will terminate. Connected Service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.

If not subscribed by the end of the complimentary period, the connected navigation service will terminate, and the system will revert to embedded offline navigation. Connected Service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.
