How do I activate my Connected Services trial?

Provided you meet the prerequisites listed below, you will be automatically enrolled in your Connected Services trial(s) once you have purchased a compatible vehicle and activated that vehicle's modem.

Complimentary trial Connected Services that may be available include:

  • Connected Navigation.*
  • Connected Built-In Navigation.**
  • ActiveGlide.***
  • Alexa Built-In.****

Prerequisites

You must have:

  • An Owner account on Lincoln.com/support.
  • The Lincoln Way®***** App downloaded on your 4G mobile device.
  • The eligible vehicle added to your Lincoln Way App account.

*Navigation services require SYNC 4 and Lincoln Way Connect (optional on select vehicles), complimentary Connected Service, and the Lincoln Way App (see Lincoln Way Terms and Conditions for details). Eligible vehicles receive a complimentary 90-day trial of navigation services that begins on the new vehicle warranty start date. Customers must unlock the navigation service trial by activating the eligible vehicle with a Lincoln Way member account. If not subscribed by the end of the complimentary period, the navigation service will terminate. Connected Service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.

ActiveGlide is a hands-free highway driving feature. Only remove hands from the steering wheel when in a Hands-Free Zone. Always watch the road and be prepared to resume control of the vehicle.
