How do I find my Lincoln's service history?

Services performed by a participating Lincoln Retailer will be added to your Lincoln account records and will be available to view on the Lincoln website or the Lincoln Way® App.*

Looking Up Your Vehicle's Service History

Select the method you are using from the drop-down options below to learn how to view the service history of your Lincoln.

Using the Lincoln Way App

  1. Sign in to the Lincoln Way App.

    Note: You will not be prompted to sign in again if you are already signed in.

  2. Select Service from the bottom ribbon.
  3. Choose Service History from the Service section.

Once Service History is selected, service history records will display. If no services have been reported, you will see a message that states you have no records at this time.

Using Lincoln.com

  1. Go to www.lincoln.com.
  2. Click My Lincoln in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Register/Sign In.
  4. Enter your email in the Email field.
  5. Input your password in the Password field.
  6. Select Sign In.
  7. Choose My Lincoln in the top-right corner.
  8. Select Dashboard.
  9. Choose Service History.

    Notes:
    • You must have a vehicle added to your account to see the Service History tab. Vehicles can be added by clicking the + symbol above Add Vehicle.
    • Select Accept new terms after reading the terms and conditions pop-up, if needed.

You will be directed to your vehicle's service history page.

Some common reasons services performed on your vehicle may not show include:

  • You have not added the vehicle to your account. Vehicle identification numbers (VINs) older than 10 model years and any non-Ford/Lincoln/Mercury VINs cannot be added.
  • Only services performed by a Lincoln-authorized Retailer or service center will show in the service history.
  • Not all retailers participate in sharing their service records.
  • The service history in the Lincoln Way App is only available to the vehicle's primary owner. A secondary user on the App cannot view the vehicle's service history.
