How do I add a service record?

You can add a service record for your vehicle in the Lincoln Way^® App^* by following the steps below.

To add service records, you must:

• Be the listed owner of your vehicle.
• Add your vehicle to the App.

Follow these steps in the Lincoln Way App to add a service record for your vehicle:

1. Select your vehicle on the Home screen.
2. Choose Service.
3. Select Service History.
4. Tap Add Record.
5. You can add:
   • Mileage
   • Date
   • Service Location
   • Services Performed
   • Additional Notes (if applicable)
   • Total Cost
6. Accept the Acknowledgment of accuracy/responsibility.
7. Tap Save Record.
