How do I add a service record?

In order to add Service History in the Lincoln Way^®* App, you must:

• Be the listed owner of your vehicle.
• Add your vehicle to the App.

Follow these steps in the Lincoln Way App to add a service record for your vehicle:

1. Select your vehicle on the Home screen.
2. Choose Service.
3. Select Service History.
4. Tap Add Record.
5. You are able to add:
   • Mileage
   • Date
   • Service Location
   • Service performed
   • Additional Notes (if applicable)
   • A photo of your receipt
6. Accept the Acknowledgment of accuracy/responsibility.
7. Tap Add Record.
