Why is my Lincoln Account locked?

If your Lincoln Account is locked, follow the steps below:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache, including deleting temporary internet files and cookies.
  2. Close any open internet browser windows.
  3. Re-open your internet browser and attempt to log in to the site again.

If this attempt is not successful, try resetting your Lincoln Account password.
