How do I create a Lincoln Account?

An account can be created from the Lincoln Support website or your Lincoln Way®* App.

Create a Lincoln Account to get special service offers, receive important vehicle notifications, view your service history and rewards balance, download the latest SYNC®** upgrades, and schedule and track vehicle service.

Creating an Account

Select the appropriate dropdown based on how you want to create your account:

Through the Lincoln Owner Support Website

To create a Lincoln Account using the website:

  1. Visit the Lincoln Owner Support website.
  2. Select My Lincoln in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Register or Sign In.
  4. Select Create Account.
  5. Enter your Email.

    Notes: 

    1. If you receive a notice that an account already exists, you can reset your password or register with another email address.
    2. Registering with a new email will result in a new profile. If you have Lincoln Access Reward Points in another account and want to transfer them to the new account, contact Lincoln Access Rewards at 1-833-385-0520 | Monday - Sunday | 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
       
  6. Select Request Code.

    Notes:

    • A verification code will be sent to your email and will be valid for 10 minutes. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
    • If you have not received the code and more than 10 minutes have passed, select Send New Code.
       
  7. Enter your Verification Code.
  8. Choose Submit.
  9. Enter the following:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Password

      Note: The password must contain the following:

      • 8 or more characters
      • One special character
      • One number
      • One upper-case letter
      • One lower-case letter
         
  10. Select the box under the "Password" field to agree to Lincoln Way's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  11. Choose Create Account.

The account has been created, and you are signed in. You can add a vehicle to your account using the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

Through the Lincoln Way App

To create a Lincoln Account using the App:

  1. Open your Lincoln Way App.
  2. Select your Country.

    Note: If the App has been previously installed, the chosen country in the prior download may show as selected. To change countries, tap the flag/country. 

  3. Tap Next.
  4. Choose Create Account.
  5. Enter your email address.

    Notes: 

    • If you receive a notice that an account already exists, you can reset your password or register with another email address.

  6. Select Request Code
  7. Retrieve the 6-digit code from your email. If you do not see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
  8. Enter the code in the Verification Code field.

    Important: If more than 10 minutes have passed since the code was requested, request another one by selecting Send New Code.

  9. Tap Submit and enter the following: 
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Password

      Note: The password must contain the following:

      • 8 or more characters
      • One special character
      • One number
      • One upper-case letter
      • One lower-case letter
         
  10. Select the box under the "Password" field to agree to Lincoln Way's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The account has been created, and you are signed in. You can add a vehicle to your account using the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
