How do I stop receiving mail and phone communications from Lincoln?
If you want to be removed from communication lists, contact a Lincoln Concierge at 1-800-521-4140 or select Live Chat at the bottom right of lincoln.com/support. It may take up to 30 days to be removed from phone or mail communication lists and up to 10 business days to be removed from email lists.
Notes:
- You will still receive communications regarding safety and emissions recalls as required by law.
- You may continue to receive communications from Lincoln Retailers, as they are not owned and operated by Lincoln. Contact them directly if you need assistance.
- California residents can request certain information under the California Shine the Light law.
