At Lincoln Automotive Financial Services, we’re drivers too. We understand that life happens, so certain items may be covered. When planning to return your vehicle, we recommend a complimentary inspection. Simply call us about 45 days prior to your expected return date to make arrangements.

CHARGEABLE ITEMS INCLUDE

Chargeable Items for Wear and Use of a Lincoln Lease

Item

Description

1.  Body Panels    

More than three scratches longer than four (4) inches per panel, dings, dents or holes

More than 15 paint chips per panel

2. Glass           

Repair charges will apply up to two chips/cracks per panel under one inch in diameter (except heated windshields)

All other damage will result in replacement changes

3. Wheels    

Scratches or gouges greater than six (6) inches

4. Tires

Sidewall damage/plugs and exposed cords/belts

Must be appropriate match for the vehicle

5. Interior Burn Holes

More than two (2) per panel greater than 1/8 inch in diameter

6. Internal Cuts and Tears

More than two (2) per panel greater than 1/2 inch

7. Interior Permanent Stains

More than one 1/2 inch stain per panel

Miscellaneous

Broken and missing parts, poor-quality repairs and mechanical and electrical malfunctions

Some chargeable items may be covered by your insurance. If considering a claim, please allow sufficient time for repairs.

 

THE MILES MATTER TOO

Check your Lease Agreement, your online account or give us a call to confirm how many miles your current lease allows. If you’ve exceeded that amount, there will be an additional fee.

 

AND WHEN YOU RETURN YOUR VEHICLE...

  • Check all storage areas to make sure you remove all personal items
  • Perform a master reset of the SYNC®/Navigation System
  • Return all keys, manuals and original accessories, including charging cords for electric vehicles
  • Don’t forget to cancel automatic monthly payments
