How can I switch from paper to electronic statements (or from electronic to paper statements)?
Please follow these steps to set up how statements are received:
- Sign in to Account Manager.
- Click on the Settings gear in the upper right-hand corner
- Select "Notification Preferences."
- To change the Statements settings, click on the Edit pencil.
- Select the radio button for which method you would like (paper or paperless) and select "Update" to complete the process.
- Click "Save."
Statements will be sent approximately 17 to 20 days before your next due date.
